Hotel valet parking: $55/day 
Self-parking at Ovation Parking Garage (nearby garage): $20/day 

Tue, 9 am-5 pm: Set Up (for exhibitors)
Wed, 9 am-5 pm: Expo Open
Thu, 9 am-5 pm: Expo Open
Fri, 9 am-5 pm: Expo Open
Fri, 5-8 pm: Tear Down (for exhibitors)

On Tuesday, go to the Information Desk on the Mezzanine Level of the Loews Hotel.

On Wednesday-Friday, go to the Registration Desk in the Expo Hall located in the Dolby Ballroom.

Yes, you can register on-site. The registration rates are as follows: 

• Member: $499 
• Non-Member: $599 
• Student Member: $199 
• Student Non-Member: $299 
• Single day Member: $350 
• Single Day Non-Member: $450

Tickets may or may not be available, as the events frequently sells out. Ticket prices are as follows:

• Hall of Fame Gala: $150 (Sat, 7 pm)
• Ñ Awards Luncheon: $100 (Fri, 12:30 pm)

Instead of a printed program, the schedule, and all other conference info, is located in the NAHJ2024 mobile app which you can find the Apple App store or Google Play

None of our sessions require pre-registration except the ones taking place on Tuesday, July 9. You can check those out, and register, here.
